Moroccan cement tiles from Artesana Interiors (starting at $14.50 per sq/ft). 
Using molds and stencils impregnated with dyes, the company creates tiles of dense color with a soft matte finish.
The new gold-rim china pattern from Haviland Limoges comes in 10 colors to mix and match- like really expensive gir-animals.
