How this will work: once we have posted all the submissions, which should take us to Monday or Tuesday of next week (because we got swamped), we will choose the top five CLEAR FINALISTS for the semi-finals in the East and the West. Both sites will host voting run-offs between those five finalists. That will end on Friday of next week.
We'll then take the top TWO finishers from the East and the top TWO from the West and give them the weekend to submit SIX new photographs.
