Lights Out LA! This Saturday, October 20th, 2007, is "Lights Out!" night, a city and county energy conservation event. The Lights Out LA organization is inviting the entire county and city of LA to install one compact fluorescent light bulb and turn off all non-essential lighting for one hour.
