October is Colors Month! It's all about Color! Bright and bold, deep and vivid, or even soft and muted. We'll be blogging about color inspirations, ideas, tips as well as officially starting our Fall Colors Contest, and will begin posting entries this week. However, a little inside scoop...

As of this morning, the Southwest is kinda low in the number of entries department. C'mon Southwestern-ers, we all know that we are not afraid of color out here, so send in your entry! There's still time! The deadline is October 15th. PLUS! Each region is having their own regional winners, so your chances of winning are even greater! The winners from the regionals will go on to compete against the other AT sites. Click here for all the info!

I think I'm confused about this contest. I was under the impression that the WHOLE apartment (or "living quarter") was to be full of color. Am I mistaken? Are we allowed to focus on only one room? I noticed there was a kitchen-only submission over in NY.
I would LOVE to submit my bedroom, but I don't think the rest of my 2 bedroom apartment would fair well in the competition. At least not yet, maybe in about 4 weeks. ;)
