According to their FAQ's they are not condominims, but
"A new City of Los Angeles ordinance has allowed us to offer the Bungalows for sale as true single-family homes, each on its own separate, individual plot of land owned in fee simple.
There are no common walls or traditional homeowners association. There is simply a low-fee maintenance association to make caring for the landscape, driveway and utilities more convenient for the owners."

Prices start at $499k and go to $559k. The units look well done and rehab looks good from the photos but we still can't wrap our head around 499k for a one bedroom. You will own the land though instead of just the air pocket inside a condo which is a plus if you like that whole "dirt-owning-thing".
