Terreno Vista: Homes created with Martha Stewart

kbmarthahomes.jpg
Curbed LA reports the ongoing partnership between Martha Stewart and KB Homes has resulted in a new Southern California community slated to open this fall. The 97-home community development on the outskirts of Los Angeles County in Lancaster is clumsily named KB Home Terreno Vista: Homes created with Martha Stewart, and offers buyers 1-2 story homes ranging from 1,875 to 2,968 square feet, starting in the $300K range.

The homes come in various architectural styles inspired by Martha’s own homes in New York, Connecticut, and Maine (although from what we can see from the photos, the term "inspired" is being used loosely here). They even come with a 10-year warranty, if that's any help selling the idea of living out in Lancaster.
