On a recent trip to Rosarita, Mexico I came across these new modern condos called The Park at Malibu, designed by local architect Jorge Garcia.
The condos are modeled after Jorge's own home which includes roof top decks with views of the ocean, community pool, floating concrete stairs, full security with guard and many more modern amenities...
If you have a chance to visit the condos please do - you will be as impressed as I was! They are still under construction and will probably be completed by late next month. I think they might have a couple still available for purchase around $250,000.
There is another new development going in just behind The Park at Malibu called The Waterfalls. The condos are being furnished by West Elm and will feature night time movies that will be projected on the waterfall.

Wow those are really nice. I wonder exactly where they are. If they are north of Rosarito Beach then it might be the Playas de Tijuana. Very chic looking places though.
