The first prefab home from Living Homes is going up in Santa Monica.
As treehugger says, the best part about a prefab is watching it go up.
Thanks to a web cam set up, you can see it happen as it does (although bad weather seems to be delaying things).
Does anyone know exactly where this is? I'm going to be in L.A. this weekend and would love to see it.
