Welcome to LA!

I bought your book after reading a copy in library. We were preparing to sell our home after remodeling it.(needed it sooner)Used your tips in staging it to warm up a large cool-toned kitchen ($10 for basket of correct warm-toned fruit and red cookbook, plus $1.50 for sugar cookies-to-bake, coated in cinnamon sugar), left hot to scent house and tempt prospective buyers.
Young buyers closed 6 weeks after we put it on the market. THANKS!!We have been in small apartment in another state one month now and tho considerably downsized, decorating it is a breeze incorporating accents from the earlier place ( pillows, etc. in wonderful textures and tones). In thanks, here's how I squeezed out pantry space in this tiny kitchen: Walmart's $1 Sterlite plastic stacking CD storage cubes fit thru the tiny doors and back in dead space to hold canned and packaged goods, and can be lifted out for use.So far I've used 7, inventoried contents of each bin which I labeled per shelf and left or right, and labeled interor of shelf (hidden by door) per bin numbers. Without the inventory, I'd never guess what is there. Each bin and other shelf contents also are listed on a 3X5 card so I know where to stock replacements. This process, tho tedious, has "doubled" the storage space enough to let me store bowls, etc. on shelves to have bare countertops!
