If you have a small kitchen, sometimes you have to look off the counter for additional storage space. The designers of these file holders did just that and attached strong magnets on them. Grassroots Modern found them at Solutions for $24. They're made of bamboo, and can hold up to 15 pounds. That's strong enough for some papers, a cookbook, phone book, or all those copies of Everyday Food (with all those recipies you said you'd try, but still haven't...well, ok, that's probably just me!)
