Outdoor Furniture: Cushy Circle Set from PB Teen

050608_pbteen.jpgWe certainly weren't in a position as teenagers to have our own outdoor furniture, but we're guessing they must be out there since PB Teen is selling this cushy circle put-your-feet-up-and-just-hang-out outdoor sofa set. We're also guessing that you don't need to be a teen to totally enjoy a good hang out sesh on one of these.

Because it's an enclosed circle it reminds us of bonfires on the beach or camping vacations we took with friends in high school. It's perfect for a casual hang out, pick up some throws for when the evening gets a little chilly. The Outdoor Cushy Circle set is available covered in regular canvas or Sunbrella fabric for durability and mold and mildew resistance from PB Teen.

I guess you're supposed to do like Dukes of Hazard to get in.

When I looked at this, I thought that a couple of square chairs and an angle would be perfect for my curved balcony...
...then I looked at the site and they only sell it as an enitre set!

Pretty stupid way to sell furniture if you ask me.

Not true bepsf - if you go to pbteen and check the outdoor section there are other combinations. (I thought it seemed pretty damn stupid too)

Anytime you'd have enough teens to fill this up....they would no doubt set it on fire.

I like this, but how do you get in? I actually like alot of PB Teen items . . . especially when compared with regular PB.

How do you get inside this circle?

That it's only sold as a complete circle is about the dumbest thing ever. And what parent is dropping $4000 on his/her kid's patio furniture? Crazy.

"Cushions are covered in polyester canvas or our weatherproof Sunbrella® fabric designed to resist mildew, fading, chlorine and stains for at least 1,500 hours."
Does that mean after 62 days, they'll no longer be resistant to mildew, or does that mean they can survive being rained on for a total of 1,500 rain-hours, or what?

It looks really cool though.

Yes, this is not so user-friendly for the not-so-limber folks and modest ladies wearing skirts!

Thanks for the correction Claire.
I didn't see the pieces when I was searching the site earlier today - only the sets.

My backyard is smaller than that circle.... But I wouldn't mind hanging out on it in someone else's backyard.
