It's been happening pretty frequently for us: relighting the water heater pilot light, replacing the shower head, changing the water filter under the sink, caulking the bathtub, fixing the heater...By taking the initiative ourselves to fix a home repair solution, we've probably saved ourselves a lot of time and money.
