We keep our hair dryer out hanging by a simple hook through a loop we made with the cord, ready to coif our 'do at a moment's notice. We like that it's right there when we need it, but also because we don't have any room under our tiny sink. Here are six other solutions for storing the hair dryer in the bathroom if you can't store the hair dryer away like us...

Nero and Blomus look like identical products -- one for the US and one for the UK. Can anyone see a difference?

well, whaddya do with the cord? leave it plugged in? I know I always wrap the cord around the hair dryer (I know I probably shouldn't), it seemed like except for the bottom left one, there isn't really a cord solution with these.

I love my Starck hairdryer ... it folds up and attaches to a base and the cord stores neatly inside. Same with my curling iron.

I'm in need of a new hairdryer that doesn't cost more then a hundred but is as good as the salon once, does anyone have any suggestions?

pkswede - I love my HotTools Professional hairdryer, most beauty supply stores carry the brand and they run around $70-$100

I have this problem with my curling iron / straightening iron instead of a hair dryer. It always ends up laying out on the bathroom counter all day because I let it cool and then have to leave for work.
Also, as someone with curly-hair, none of those holders look friendly to my hair dryer that always has a diffuser attached.
Suggestions?

kls987: i have very curly hair that i sometimes straighten, therefore i have a hairdryer, diffuser, curling iron, and straightener (not to mention all the products that come along with having fabulous curly hair!)
i store everything in a sturdy basket (Big Lots) and keep it in my bathroom cabinet. i dont think there's any reason to leave those things out when you only use them once a day (or once every other day). i dont consider my hairdryer "art", therefore i think it's silly to "display" it.
aspw: any curling iron or flat iron worth their weight should have a protected cord, meaning as soon as youre done, you can wrap the cord around the hot tool and it wont melt or damage the cord...i use a Chi flat iron and its quite possibly the most amazing product ever invented.
