Pawbreakers: The Candy for Cats

pawbreaker_close.jpgUnlike my fellow editors, *cough*Grace*cough*, I'm a bit behind the times with what's going on with TV shows these days. But let me explain: I've got two cats. Other cat owners know what I'm talking about. The drama for your mama of The Hills or the frantic antics of Dancing With the Stars can't compare with the high definition feline hijinks of our two playful cats, Eames and Eero.

And then there's those times when we give them some catnip...jumpin' Jehosophat! Our cats end up wide eyed and crazy like Lindsey Lohan in rehab. But kitty ganja can get a little messy with all the scampering and rolling around, so we think that this Pawbreakers: The Candy for Cats is a fine idea for those of us who like to rely upon our cats for entertainment.

This is like a huge jawbreaker candy for cats, but made of catnip. Throw it in the tub and let them chase after it in their crazed state. Or rub their scratching post or your friend's pant leg with it, sit back, and watch the fun. It might be the best $2.95 you've ever spent.

ooh, cool! i love anything that gets my silly kitties stoned! though...you know the candy will get chased around til it's stuck under the entertainment center or something. i think it'd get lost pretty quick. my cats don't understand that they have shorts arms and cannot retrieve items lost under the ent. center. but they LOVE to try. :)

Once things are well under a cabinet, the cat will be particularly amused if you take a yardstick and flail about, trying to fish them out. Cats love that part.

Does anyone know of a place in Hollywood that sells these? I'd rather pick one up locally than have one shipped (carbon footprint and all that business).

My cat is named Eames too! She's a white fur ball who thinks she's a dog. We'll have to check these out.

My Cat Kilala Adores these! They are definitely the best solution to loose cat nip except on our hardwood floors they usually roll under our aquariums or couches and then he is sad for a couple hours till he begs someone to fish it out for him ~lol~
