Not that cat litterboxes are ever something you'd necessarily want to show off (well, maybe if you one of those crazy cosmonaut-style Litter Robots), but we'd argue that the Kitty Washroom Litterbox Cabinet might be the most decor friendly cat restroom we've yet seen. The neutral design with wainscoting panels, easy access front opening door, additional storage options and a high front entrance makes this the choice for discriminating felines and humans alike.
I'm going to measure my bathroom tonight to see if this thing will fit.

There's also Kattbank, for those who are looking for something a little more modern. I love it, but even if I had the money I'm not sure I could ever bring myself to spend $2000 on a litterbox.

I built something very similar for my cat. It was an easy DIY project. Lowes cut all the pieces for me, inculding the cut out on one side. I glued and nailed it together and painted the whole thing black. I use it as a display piece in a hallway with candles and knickknacks on top. No one has a clue that it is actually the litter box. I attached the front with hinges which makes for easy cleaning. I also attached a shelf inside for an airfreshener. I also lined the bottom with a welcome mat cut to fit which limits my cat tracking litter when she exits. Easy, looks great and the whole thing was super cheap.
