Jacaranda Home

Perfect for the gray day we're having (and a perfect addition to our pets as decor fascination) we're loving these Textiles from Jacaranda Home.

And since it's bedroom month, we love the idea of a bold splash of color on the bed. Maybe to add a little fire to it? Plus all of these textiles are handmade in Mexico, Central and South America by locals carrying on a tradition, supporting their families and creating sustainable products. These are definitely pieces worth investing in. Our absolute favorite is the Bolivian Embroidered Shawl and the Otomi Fabric in pink (which can take up to 3 months to make)!

Hopefully the dividends of these overpriced items are getting back in a fair proportion to the hands that produced them and their families in need.
What does it take to take a pillow that sells in Mexico for 20 dlls to jump its price in the U.S. to 250??
