Stacey's Woodland Mystery
Room for Color - West #29

thumbs up

Name: Stacey
Location: Los Angeles, California
Type of Home: 3-bedroom condo

Color Inspiration: This is the first place I've lived where I was allowed to paint the walls. I wanted the room to feel like spring year-round, so I brought in plant-life, painted the walls sage green, and bought bright "natural" colored linens.

Give Stacey a THUMBS UP if you think this room belongs in the finals!

Nature-Inspired Bedroom

Colors Used: Glidden Woodland Mystery

Color Tip: Pick colors that soothe you, and ones you typically gravitate toward. If you're not sure about which colors to choose, check the clothes in your closet to determine which palettes you prefer. Don't think of the wall color as permanent; you can always repaint if you don't like it.

Your room is beautiful! It reminded me of playing in the woods with my bestfriend growing up, and the beautiful way the light would filter through the trees.

Nice room, but you need an adult size bed! Upon first impression I thought it was a dorm room.

I thought you must be an artist!
Love your room and what you have done with it. It doesnt look like a dorm room at all.
Where did you get the large wooden bookcase?
Thanks for sharing.

That green is one of my favorite colors ever. Your space is so serene and creative. Wonderful. I really like you jewelry storage solution. The branch painting is very cool.

The bookcase is actually from the IKEA Gorm shelving system. Clearly I'm on an artist's budget. haha.
