Roundup: Green Color Combos

031609green-08.jpgWhen we see the color green being used effectively in a space, to us, it often gives off an energetic vibe. We love how kelly green, neon green or a shade of blue-green complement other hues and keep the space feeling lively. Our favorite pairings after the jump!

At least five years ago there was an article in the Thurs. styles section of the NYTimes about a country house, I think in upstate NY. The outside was painted black, and was gorgeous. One of the interior shots showed an entryway that was grass green, white, and wood, with black accents. I've been slowly and quietly planning a bedroom with in those colors ever since.

Love the green tile bathroom; it's from my favorite hotel ever--the Hotel Viceroy in Santa Monica. Actually I love everything about the decor of that hotel--Kelly Wearstler at her peak, before she went all 80s and mauve and everything.

I'm going green in my bedroom. None of these combos really spoke to me, but it's nice to keep looking at all the lovely shades of green.
