Although we've never indulged in the monogramming trend, we're definitely charmed by the idea. Maybe it's our secret love for all things preppy or just a nice contrast from our normal laissez-faire design attitude. We find the over-the-top formality fun and a nice way to bring a little bit of luxury into the everyday.

Leontine Linens are gorgous, but crazy expensive. If you decide to splurge, their customer service is wonderful.

I have a computer sewing machine that does monograms! I totally forgot. My mom gave it to me last year and I haven't used it except for regular sewing. This post reminded me that I should get it out and do some monograms!

AT:LA is actually in Los Angeles, right? And Los Angeles has a large garment industry, or so I'm told. So why not list some actual services, rather than catalogues. I know that the small business owner probably doesn't advertise here, but still.

Gosh, we'd love it if some small local business chimed in! I don't know of any personally (but I live far from the garment district) but if you do, let us know!
