Many of the store's frames are marked with a bronze "penny" dot allowing you to buy one frame at the regular price and pick up another for a penny. This is the sale to get multiple frames for grouping photos, as well as finding those larger size frames that are worth picking up just to have on hand for when you find that perfect $10 oil painting at a garage sale and want to make it look like an heirloom... and just in time for the AT Art Month!
The sale is going on thru January 29th.

They also have artists canvases that are included in this sale. Great for creating d-i-y art on the cheap. Taking 3 or 4 of the larger (24" x 36") canvases, painting them out in colors of your choice (maybe a coat of poly for a little extra sparkle)and grouping them on a wall makes an enormous impact - Instant modern art for less than $75.
Last January I did this project in my entry hall with monocromatic earthtones - and continue to get a lot of positive feedback. And the best thing is if you get bored with them; its very easy to change the colors and/or re-configure.
This sale is semi-annual; they also do it in July.
After writing this, I'm inspired to go get a few more and do another space.
Do you have fan shaped picture frames available?
