Simone sent us a great tip. On Friday June 2nd, the Michael Dawson Gallery on Larchmont will be hosting a auction featuring the works of photojournalists from around the world. Simone tells us that "the proceeds will benefit the Aftermath Project,
a non-profit dedicated to documenting what it takes for individuals to learn to live again, to rebuild destroyed lives and homes, to restore civil societies. The photography in the auction is not all related to this theme--there's everything from eunuchs of India, to mariachi in East LA , to fashion shows in Milan and everything in between."
There will also be another auction in New York on June 8th.
Thanks Simone!

I should also mention that if you're not able to go to the actual auction, they are taking email bids. If you see something you're interested in, you can email them. The info is on the main page.
