Whenever we need a bit of inspiration we check out what Weego Home has to offer. Started as a an "antidote to the uber-chic minimalist furniture stores that have left you feeling hungry for some color, pattern and a little fun" the showroom is awash in bright patterns and sophisticated furnishings. The showroom also serves as a great reminder that you can do a lot with a neutral base. Most of their display sofas and beds are neutral in color but are layered with colorful, patterned accessories. It took us a couple of visits before we realized how much a pop of wallpaper, a well placed pillow and a mixture of textures (glass, wool, and chrome for instance) could make a room feel lively and comfortable.

That credenza is $3000!
I wish I could afford these beautiful things. We should all just admit, it's insanely overpriced.

I love the panel above the bed in the first picture. Does anyone know if it is wallpaper and if so, who is it by?

birdablaze: I keep wondering how all these hyper-expensive stores (both online and brick-and-mortar), all selling the same items, keep going during a recession. It's confounding.

Asher is the bomb and the furniture is very well made. Yes, some pieces cost more but not all. Great store and great people.
