Well, it's time again for a weekly
1st Dibs look at all things beautiful and unattainable.
With everyone about to be scouring the house for extra turkey-day seating, we thought we'd look at some good multiples. Like these
French wood school chairs from France. They are from the 50's but wouldn't they look so mod around a sleek, long table?
Proving that we don’t only believe in mid-century design, how about this
set of 6 green leather chairs? They are also from France but are dated 1900. We’d put these around a heavy old table in our upstate New York house (if we had one)
Also 1900 French, but decidedly more contemporary is this
set of 8 oak dining chairs. These are so glamorous, let's put them in our (make believe) “Less Than Zero” LA pad. Place them around a glass top table to bring the old and new together.
Hey! I have a make-believe high style abode, too! We should house-swap!
