Admit it, it is time to ditch the 19$ ikea chairs that were just suppose to be a hold over for a couple months and now have been there for 2+ years. These jazzy orange Knoll chairs would be a great splash of color for the dining area and you can stop wondering when the legs are going to fall off the others.

Ikea forever!!!
My husband and I bought an ikea pine table and 4 chairs in 2002, in toronto, while visiting family for our engagement party.
4 years later, that same table and chairs have held up amazingly well, as has the marriage (3 yr anniversary today) - we need to think less about 'disposable' chairs and furniture that will last a couple months, and be ok with it lasting a long time. If it's made well, it doesn't matter if it's ikea.
ikea comment is a "funny" folks...not to be taken all that seriously.

Knoll or not, $250 seems high for a Pollack chair. And if someone owns a $19 Ikea chair it's not likely they're going to shell out a grand for four of these things.
Some of Ikea's products are quite good. They don't deserve all the fast-trigger bashing.
