Black Regency Lacquer Buffet - $245
Los Angeles Scavenger

We love the current shift towards bright, glossy black furniture to add contrast and drama to simpe interiors. If you've got the space, this 9 drawer black lacquer buffet is a great take on what could (in a different finish) look shabby chic. This one is sleek enough to help host all of your swanky summer parties. Tons more craigslist gems, including some great pieces that just need new upholstering under the cut:

Regency?

Hardly - More like vintage Colonial Revival hit w/ a few cans of black spraypaint. They didn't even bother to remove the hardware before painting the thing!

Lol! People are funny. I am the owner of this piece and our website is www.digginthedigs.webs.com. We offer tons of options in refinishing furniture (even if you aren't particularly fond of this piece) and work with all different styles. We specialize in painted and stained pieces.
Bepsf~This is a textured black lacquer finish. Lacquer IS paint...no matter where you purchase it from. In addition, we always remove all hardware when re finishing pieces. This is a black on black piece (clearly)

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON OUR PIECES PLEASE EMAIL US DIRECTLY. We will be happy to refinish your pieces as well and let you know what our extensive process is. We pay close attention to detail with a track record to prove it. Thanks and happy shopping!

I for one LOVE this piece! It exhibits both Regency and Colonial characteristics. When I think clunky I think Bomber chests. This has great lines and news flash....Lacquer is in!! There are different variations of Regency and I love the fact that this is NOT a piece you can find everywhere!! I checked out their website and they have amazing stuff! Designer inspired by the likes of Roomservice.com, Horchow and other amazing iconic pieces. I think they have an amazing thing going!!
