Academy Dr. is not the "heart of downtown Austin". I would call that SoCo. There's kind of a river between the two.

I wonder why they're moving, it's such a good spot.

Considering there are only two street lights between Academy and the river, calling it "downtown" isn't too far of a stretch for someone not familiar with the area. I'm pretty sure more people are interested in the cheap fabric anyway, thanks!
