Great Falls Table and Stool from Sundance

110607_stool.jpg

In high school, we were forced to read Thoreau's Walden, which was a real snoozefest. But after weeks of being wiped out from the daily work grind, the thought of running off to the woods is so enticing. And while the likelihood of that happening is slim to none, at least we can bring that rugged sensibility into our dining rooms: introducing the Great Falls Table and Stools set.

Even if you can't splurge on the table (about $2000 with shipping), we think the stools ($300) would look great pulling double duty as an end table of a night stand.

Get it at the Sundance Catalog site.

love the way the table looks with metal chairs, great contrast, I hate when things are too matchy matchy

Walden is one of the few things I enjoyed in high school, academically that is.

Sundance furniture is pure rustic beauty. Very pricey though!
