If it was only this easy to maximize space and utility with a simple push or pull like these Grandma’s Kitchen concepts by Melanie Olle & Ilja Oelschlägel. Need a table? Pull it out. A lamp? There's one right there! The idea seems straight out the futuristic design musings of the 1950's, when kitchen design really did seem straight out of the Jetsons (although this kitchen seems more akin to Korben Dallas' miniscule apartment in The Fifth Element). All we know is our grandma's kitchen never looked this keen and we want one.
