Highback chairs are a living room--and sometimes dining room--classic. And lately, we've been seeing the trend of exaggerated highback chairs--from Jonathan Adler's new Drysdale chair to West Elm's Wingback Lounge chair.
We love the cheekiness of these chairs, and but we're wondering how they can effect the scale of a room. Do these chairs make a room with a standard 8' ceiling look smaller? Or are they more versatile than we think?

I like them, its a cool trend. i think thay look best in pairs, CB2 also has this style in the Brair Chair at $699.
