Is it weird to say we might like PB Teen more than we like the grown up version? The lockers featured Tuesday are swell and now we are head over heels for this cushy lounge sofa/chaise system and are dreaming of buying the charcoal version of this for a loungy dining room idea we keep obsessing over. All it needs is a friend to build out a slightly taller riser for it so that we're not sitting cross legged- or rather forcing guests too.

That rug is to die for! However, I already found mine. It's really hard to find rugs for grownups that embrace bright colors like these. Mine is from a juvenile line too, in fact, the Olson twin's line for Shaw rugs. This is it at http://www.shop.com/Shaw_Mary_Kate_and_Ashley_Earth_and_Sky_Multi_15440_Area_Rug_-44674236-p!.shtml and I'm not ashamed. It's gorgeous and fits in perfectly.
Though that one wouldn't be bad either. Though I'd have to add a few more shades to my decor for it to fit in. Like I said, good that I already own mine! :)

I have to admit that lounge/chaise system is pretty darn cushy nice. And I totally agree with the PB Teen being more fun than the "grown up" version...the teen catalog seems to take more risks with shapes and colours.

Not as fun as the Mah Jong modular sofa from Roche Bobois (although much more affordable).

yah totally thought of the Roche Bobois couch when I saw this.
not as fun I agree but probably more affordable ;)
I also agree with the rug comment. Adult style rugs are boring! will definitely check out the MK&A link above.

We had an awful time with PB Teen. We purchased a number of products and some of them came with all the parts necessary for installation and some products came without all the parts necessary for installation. This was very frustrating when you're trying to assemble stuff and looking at the instructions and finding that you do not have all the parts. So, of course, I contacted them by phone and after I contacted them, and talked to two different people, they said they would send the missing parts. After waiting several weeks without the parts arriving, I called again, and after speaking with three people, I was told "we do not ship partials" and that someone was supposed to have called me me back and told me the missing parts were not being sent. However, no one had called, no messages left, nothing. I only found out because I called them back.
So we're basically left high and dry with some wall units that can't be installed. Very disappointing. My children like the looks of the PB teen stuff, but I can not justify the money when a company provides such poor product quality control and thoughtless customer service.
