where do I get tufted seat covers?

Hi ~ Great idea. Could you detail how this was done (ie how did you do the tufting, what materials, etc). I have a very similar closet system and have been toying with the idea of tufting after I saw something similar in a mag, but have no idea where to start. Thanks. D.
