I definitely love a ton of Christmas better than a post-it tree. It's nice that some people bother, and not because they feel sentimentally obligated. It's nice that some people go over the top.

The asking price for a cute, but very dirty and dated house in Venice is indeed just too much and looking at the redfin image of the lot, it's long and narrow, making it kind of hard to build a huge house on it unless you go narrow, but deep and a modern structure would work best here I think.
However, I like the house despite it's condition. It's got lots of potential and the fact that it appears to be mostly original is a plus for I'd restore it and put an addition off the back to make it a 3 bedroom home and bring it up to date but keeping its original character intact as much as possible.

no thank you for the spirit , I've had it shoved down my throat since Halloween. and yeah, a little taste would be nice during this beautiful time of the year but it's been plagued by tacky reindeer and lights on every bush these white trash morons could find. and like i said the music is atrocious
