Spin cycle? ProductDose featured these stainless steel Decanter Cleaning Beads meant to clean containers. Has anyone ever used these or this method before? (via Productdose, via Book of Joe)

No, but a handful of uncooked rice swished around with some warm water and a little liquid dishwashing detergent works well!

they are just ball bearings... pick them up at a hard ware store probably for a lot cheaper. but if you were going to all the troubles rice works really well and it cheap.

Or go to your local hardware store or bike shop and buy ball bearings. That's all these are.
