I used to live in one of those studios with a vaulted ceilings and a small upstairs sleeping area in Encino. You know, the type that they like to pass off as a "loft". I almost would want to live in one again if I could do something like this with one, as shown in Taschen's Decorative Art 70s. Almost. [via Iso50]
Oh love this studio/loft and it's style. That's something I'd actually consider in the right space/context.
That supergraphic design is very appealing to me as it's a great way to add color to a room, especially older spaces.
Strong graphical designs have always had a spot in my decorative concious.
