Do I REALLY need to plug my ipod into all these giant pieces of furniture? Is there something so wrong with some nice portable bose speakers made for my ipod? This is the worst sort of trendiness - it dates the furniture and doesn't even make SENSE.

And hey, if the furniture is going to be hopelessly dated, let's go whole hog and do it in wenge with some LED special color effects.

Now a bed designed with a nice ledge underneath for the laptops (one on each side, please!) and some good power cord management so my floor doesn't look like a snakepit... that could make sense.
