Color Inspiration! I could get lost all day, and I do, looking for great color inspiration for my apartment. Coco +Kelly's Room of the Week is a great place to start. This week: grey, mustard yellow and apricot. Uh huh!

Beautiful room! I just painted the downstairs of my townhouse this gray color. I love it! Any color I put up against looks great.

I knew it was a Kelly Wearstler design, but I wasn't aware it was HER den!? You can see photos of the whole house on her site: www.kwid.com. It's the 'Hillcrest Estate'. I'm also trying to find out the exact color of the walls (it actually looks like a wall treatment in other photos) for a few readers who have asked.

did any of you see tuesday's "good question" that shelly had about using a painting as inspiration to decorate her master bedroom?

my suggestion to her was to use a medium khaki taupe on the walls, golden mustard bedspread, and coral accents on window coverings. when i saw this room, the color scheme looked really similar to what i was imagining. if you put shelly's painting behind kelly's sofa, it looks really good!
