What's your favorite resource for your home?

Modern Art Museum Stores are great for unique items. Local home stores carry a wide variety of cool things too here in LA. I love Abbot Kinney Street.

What is your one favorite element in your small, cool home?

Marimekko Canvas Print is my favorite piece along with small pieces that I collected during my travels to Turkey, Japan, England and Mexico.

The picture of the bath is very nice...made me smile.

Overall I think the apt seems a little disjointed but that is just my opinion. Cool space.

Love your kitty cat! I love the pops of colors and the girly but not too girly vibe.

It's cute, and feels 'lived in'. You do have a lot of small things dotted around the place though; I think it could feel more cohesive.

Hi, thanks for all the comments...The cat on the wall is a vinyl wall sticker that I got from Elly Nelly at etsy.com. The dividers are from West Elm and you can buy them individually or in bulk. They sell it under wall decorations. I would be happy to give the source to any other piece of furniture/decoration that you might have liked...oh and HAPPY EARTH DAY!!!!!...Mel

The big canvas on the dining room wall is a fabric print by Marimekko. I got it from txtlart.com.

First off, the first pic of the kitchen area w/ lights drew me in big time. Very nicely done.

Secondly, you have a great space there, the layout is quite nice and feels open even though it's not all that large. I do envy you w/ having a window in your bathroom, I don't. :-(

The place has a bit of that Asian zen thing going, accented with pop art and colors for a definite vibe that I think is quite good. The bedroom said it best with what looks like the bed on the floor and the West Elm wall art you have hanging as a divider thing for the kitchen/dining area, a nice touch.

Overall, not bad at all.
