Sometimes design can be so thrilling it gives you a little jolt inside. That’s how we felt when we saw these custom outdoor umbrellas from Santa Barbara Designs. Sure, you can get great market-type umbrella at Pottery Barn, but these are attention-to detail- works of art, with out favorite being the Lilypond and the Flamenco.
These stunners start at around $2400 (with a 7 1/2’ base and pole). The simpler “Santa Barbara” style starts at $1200, which is still too high for our pockets, but if nothing else, these are well worth the view- What a way to block the shade!
