Been off since Tuesday. I go back this coming Tuesday. Muh. I have spent the last four days laying around. I just now decided to sew some bed pillows. I have an addiction to decorating.

Does planning for vacation count? The countdown is on - we'll be camping for a week in Kernville in 4 weeks. 5 days of fishing, antique shop wandering, and laying around watching the river flow. Maybe reading a good book. Having a meal at the pig restaurant (can't remember the name) where the decor is a bit tacky but the food is great.

We've gone out of town every single weekend for about 13 weekends, with the exception of one. I am so very thankful to be staying HOME for once!

I wish these surveys included more comprehensive options -- I think some people vacation when others are working, in order to avoid the crowds and expenses associated with peak travel.

My vacation ended last Monday, when I had to prepare for all the freshman who will soon be flooding campus. Classes start this Monday, so I'm taking one last hurrah down to Nogales tomorrow for cheap pretty little things.
