apartment therapy changing the world, one room at a time

Some of our neighbors have already decorated the outside of their apartment with Halloween decorations and lights, all in preparation for the trickle of trick or treaters we see around our hood (so sad, we remember when Halloween night was thick with kids and adults alike growing up). We'll probably stick to an old fashion carved pumpkin, but we admire the holiday spirit of decorating the home with sparkly lights, spooky cobwebs, and other creepy crawlies that mark Hallow's Eve. Do you know you can even be an eco-friendly spook this year by using orange or black CFL bulbs? There's even a site dedicated to a Green Halloween!
