I vote for the MOSAIC (Mentoring to Overcome Struggles and Inspire Courage) program! check out our upcoming youth art show featuring urban style art on Saturday May 2nd, 2009 at "The Basement" art/hip hop store in Sherman Oaks (Ventura and Van Nuys blvd)! Very affordable and cool youth made art!
We are a mentoring program based out of CSUN! Our mission is to mentor youth that don't usually get mentors because of negative labels - youth on probation, in trouble for tagging, in continuation high schools, involved with drugs or gangs.
