We wanted to leave you with one last bit of beauty. We just saw these Usame Coffee Tables from Patricia Urquiola for Kartell ($250), and we love them so.
They feel like the sexy, big sister the Starck Ghost chair. Its etched “ginko leaf” design softens the modern hard lines of the acrylic, but it’s the seven colors that the table comes in that really gets us going... yummy, like candy!
I love the faint shadows under the gray model . . .
and the jollyrancherness
i am a huge kartell fan... but these don't really do it for me. i even went into the store to look at them in person.
That said, i'm gonna give them some time and look at them again next week.
