That economic stimulus package hasn't arrived yet (Ummm, hello...Uncle Sam? Anyone?), but we're thinking some lucky dad might find himself getting one of these amazing tool sets from Sears funded partially by the government gift. Sure, you'll need nearly 15 of those stimulus packages to purchase the complete 1470 piece Craftsman Professional Tool Set, but doesn't dear old Dad deserves it?
Pssst...and remember Mother's Day is this Sunday. Maybe Mom would want the set above for herself. We know you haven't forgotten (it will be our little secret).

the set doesnt make sense unless each individual set has different parts- cause there is the original set, advanced set, specialized set, advanced access set, professional access set, specialized access set- i mean, are they the same set only one is better than the other? or does each set have additional pieces which makes up the whole 1470 piece set? and really, unless you are building a house on your own including the plumbing, electricity and landscaping and your own car- who needs that many tools?

let alone the garage to put them all in!

The way I see it, any dad who is handy enough to actually use all of those tools, probably already has all of those tools.

I would say my dad probably has all of those and more. His nickname is Jim the Toolman, and you can go down almost any tool aisle in a store and he probably has at least one of everything.
I've got one of their smaller mechanics sets and i love it. I like their new case better since it has extra storage in the top, but that's life.
These sets were featured on notcot because their of photography. It took some time and effort to organize those into the compositions they have.
