Trending: Home Décor Stores Holiday Shopping List

1219woodsonandrummerfield1208.jpgFor this weeks post (before we go into the last holiday shopping week) we thought it would be most appropriate to put together a full shopping list of Home Décor Stores in Los Angeles. Unfortunately a few stores have since closed due to the economy or other issues, so to wrap up this years list we made sure the stores that we're mentioning are current. Please, if we have left anything off or you have a favorite, please add it in the comments. Los Angeles is a big city and of course we like to think we have our pulse on everything, but there are a few that we are sure to miss...

Some highlights we are going to mention might be new to the scene or just plain oldie but goodies. Weego Baby is new store just down the Street from its original Weego Home. This modern baby store is perfect for that hip couple that doesn’t want the typical baby furniture. Great for gifts too! KellyGreen is also a a fabulous gem, the little boutique located at Sunset and Santa Monica, has everything you need to get your home eco friendly. Books relating to green design, design materials, organic house wares, green and recyclable pack backs, I could go on and on. Oh and the owner Kelly Van Patter just had her home posted on AT-LA last week! . Kohlmann Quinn is probably one of the best keep secrets in Echo Park. Owner Kris hand picks all of her quality vintage items and also provides other services like drape and custom art installation.

Many of these stores are also listing major floor model sales and huge discounts, so now is the time to take advantage of any deals you might see. Good luck shopping this Holiday season!

Hi AT:
I think the wallpaper in the photo of the Hollywood Jonathan Adler shop is awesome. Who makes it and who sells it?

It's his own wallpaper:

Also, I didn't think it was too helpful to link another AT post instead of the online Jonathan Adler site.

Don't forget The Red House on La Cienega -- just south of Woodson and Rummerfields. http://www.theredhouseinteriors.com/

KTG: actually a lot of readers write in already knowing about a specific store and request a link/personal review of the store(s). So when we can, we do link to posts that might contain unique photos and opinions about our own visits. The link to the store is always listed right there ontop of store posts, so it's not a wild goose chase by any means (at least I don't hope so). The hard part is keeping them up to date, so a goal for 2009 is to refresh our list, while continuing to add new stores as they open.
