Naylor's has been a staple on the westside since 1962 (that's over 45 years!) and it's our go-to for paint and painting supplies. Not only is it the closest to where we live (and across from Whole Foods on Lincoln), but it's convenient in other ways. The guys there always save us time by having a great tip or knowing exactly which paint will suit our project. We rarely have to wait in line (unlike say Home Depot) and now they've started carrying eco-friendly paints:
Naylor's service is top notch. If you go in a couple of times you'll recognize the entire staff. They'll help you pick out exactly what you need to finish your project without hovering over you, they're just very matter of fact and they know paint. Int erms of inventory, they carry Fuller O'Brien, Morwear, Pratt & Lambert, Ralph Lauren, and more recently AFM Safecoat a paint that not only is 'No VOC' but has eliminated toxic ingredients like solvents, heavy metals, chemical residuals and formaldehyde to actually create a safe coat to put on your walls.
Naylor's is our go-to for spray paint, rollers, tape, sealants and sandpaper. Sometimes we even come here before we try Lincoln Hardware. In terms of the 'wallpaper' in 'paint and wallpaper', we'll admit we've never seen any wallpaper in there, but then again, we were never really looking for any either...
