Having just gotten back from Moab (hiking trip through Utah), I can highly recommend Arches as well as the Sorrel River Ranch in the article. Beautiful setting - right on the Colorado River, nestled in between buttes that blaze red as the sun sets... a little taste of heaven.
...though that photo, I hasten to add, is of Delicate Arch :)
