Writing this while I'm sitting in a hotel on the beach doesn't necessarily make me wish I was someplace far, far away such as Poland. However, comparing white wicker furniture to designer guest rooms; I can't help but wonder what if I were there instead of here.
The LALALA hotel in Sopot, Poland, has seven rooms designed by seven different artists. The artists involved in the project were Jakub Rebelka, Iwona Cybula, Asia Piascik, Marek Mielnicki, Emilia Bartkowska, Patrycja Orzechowsk, Kuba Bakowski, Honorata Martin, Ula Wasielewska, Joanna Zastrozna.
"Each room is a different novel, different world." They aren't kidding, these aren't rooms you're going to have the opportunity to stay in every day. Each designer was given full reign to design their own room, and select their own room number.
Room rates range from 45 euro to 80 euro per night.
Would you travel to another country to stay in a themed hotel?
