One of our tips for welcoming in the new season is to consider changing out your accent pillows. This is a great opportunity to add a new palette as well as...
...texture in your space. We spotted these latch hook pillows the other day. The texture and style of the cover adds an extra design element. Definitely think about texture when buying and using accents in your home. Like the burlap room divider idea, simple textures add more layers to the look of your space.
How do you use textures in your home design?

Nice pillow - but where is it from?
I believe that is called "hooked wool" and "wool hooked".
"Latch-hook" are those yarn-craft pillows/rugs that you hook one short strand at a time, the end result being an ugly shag.
ohjodi's right. I remember doing latch-hook as a kid. That pillow is certainly not latch-hook.
That's not latch hook, but is it a Thomas Paul pillow? Or just some random find?
Yes, this is rug hooking, not latch hooking. Latch hooking: think acrylic yarn in oranges and browns...the 1970s! Rug hooking is a very old, traditional way of using up fabric and wool scraps. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rug_hooking
