What I Love About My Small Home:
This corner unit in a historic building features high ceilings and spacious rooms. I love the large windows with views of the city that provide plenty of afternoon and evening light. The layout is perfect for entertaining with enough room for a large dining table and counter space for serving. Large closets and a home office make it easy to enjoy a practical and beautiful home in the city.
Three of My Best Tips and Tricks for Creating a Successful Small Space::
I always hope that my home has personality and that my guests feel comfortable. I have a minimal aesthetic and value cleanliness, so I try to avoid acquiring more than I need. I like to rearrange my rooms and closets on a regular basis to keep tidy and feel refreshed. It's easy to sell or donate items that aren't in use. I maintain a list of things I'd like to improve or purchase, and hosting friends is a great excuse to spend a little time or money in pursuit of a happy home.
