Wow! #1: Love the grey and orange. #2: Your floorplan is the best use of space for Bmore's typical 12-14ft wide rowhouse IMO. If only my rowhome had been rehabbed with the stairs as a divider between rooms as yours and the vestibule retained for character!

Elegant but comfortable. That's my idea of great design to live with!

this is so chic and i LOVE the pops of color. it has an element of whimsy and you made exceptional use of the textures and using the length of the room. furniture is amazing, and green too. it's all lovely!

Never get rid of that coffee table - perfect. I do agree with the first comment regarding artwork, though that sort of thing happens over time. Your space is lots of fun!
